I was fortunate to connect to IPS via a fortuitous connection within my university. I presented my work in my ‘language’, the IPS team grasped the contents and needs in real time and came up with a practical plan for initial design, and a testing breadboard for onsite modification and testing. It was the personal attention for the latter that completed the process.
